Preparing to look your best for your wedding day is more involved than just counting calories and doing sit-ups.

Unfortunately, we don’t always have the time or resources to do everything we want to prepare. But, if you address the major areas of nutrition, exercise and lifestyle, you can do very well even in a very short time.
